- ASK operates a completely integrated manufacturing software solution which provides instant status from your purchase order, drilling down through Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) to the shop Floor.
- ASK can pinpoint shop floor status for manufacturing orders through its Shop Floor Control and Labor Reporting modules as well as provide our customer with On-Time Performance Tracking and alert us internally to any capacity constraints.
- As seasonal or cyclical growth patterns affect your demand ASK's Capacity Planning, Rough Cut and Finite, ensure that we expand to meet your demand.
- ASK utilizes Vendor Performance Analysis to ensure its vendor perform at levels necessary to support our delivery performance to you.
- ASK operates Tool and Equipment Maintenance Scheduling to ensure its manufacturing capabilities are ready for your demand.

- ASK can expand its tooling capacity for large full product line tooling requirements.
- ASK's experience and multiple connector product line offerings work in in conjunction with your engineering and applications personnel to provide ISO 9000-2000 Design Control compliant solutions.
- ASK employs a highly Economic Master Die Concept to produce multiple products from common gauge and stud hole master dies.
- ASK is famous for its highly expedited Compressed Lead time Design-To-Delivery Cycles . We can design, develop, tool, and enter production for a whole product line or gauge range in 60-90 days!
Quality Systems:
- ASK's products are Listed by Underwriter's Laboratories (UL) for U.S., Canadian, and worldwide safety and effectiveness assurance.
- ASK operates an ISO 9000-2000 Quality Management System including Design Control, Continuous Process Improvement, Internal Self-Audit, and the complete ISO Element Policy and Procedure requirements.
- For demanding tolerances and to ensure process repeatability ,ASK utilizes Statistical Process Control (SPC) , and Process Capability (CpK).
- ASK employs Advanced Quality Techniques including PFMEA, FMEA,APQP, Control Plans, Process Flow Analysis, Gauge R&R, and PSW.
- Operator In-Process Controls and Gauging ensure processes remains capable and defect free. On-going shop floor training ensures operator capability and performance.
- ASK's Quality System also complies with military quality systems MIL-I-45208 .
